My wife and I would like to express our satisfaction with Kerr Karpentry. We had a large portion of our house renovated by Curtis and his team. This included a brand new kitchen, new flooring, the demolition of walls, and a complete painting project.

The entire project took place while we continued to live in the house, with pets and kids, but Curtis took a task we thought would be a nightmare and made it almost fun. We laughed with him every morning as he tried to get us out so he could get on with the job.

The most amazing thing was the selection of sub-contractors Curtis put in charge of the various jobs. The jewel of the project was the kitchen contractor: Sliver Kitchens was fantastic! He created the kitchen of our dreams. We cannot say enough about his work.

Curtis priced the job and finished the job on time and within the promised budget. He helped source out the materials and worked to get us discounts. If you want a great job, good valve, great people who care for you and your work, we would definitely recommend Kerr Karpentry and their team.

We first started working with Kerr Karpentry in 2009 when we decided to add a three-season porch and update the siding of our house. Curtis was very instrumental in helping us determine the scope of our project according to our needs and budget. He keeps the renovations on track by doing follow-ups and co-ordinating the work of subcontractors, if required. Making the decision to put an addition unto our home was most difficult, but once the decision was made, and the design in place, an even more difficult decision had to be made. That was-- the selection of a contractor. With all the horror stories concerning renovations on reality TV and Marketplace, a wrong choice could be costly and potentially a disaster. Fortunately, we happened to have friends who were very pleased with the work done by the contractor they had chosen some years past and we also thought that work was excellent.
